To use your points in the Tim Hortons app:
Option A — From Scan
1. Open the Tim Hortons app.
2. Tap Scan at the bottom.
3. Turn on Redeem my points.
4. Tap Reward Level and choose your level.
Option B — From Rewards
1. Open the Tim Hortons app.
2. On Home, tap the Rewards tile.
3. Turn on Redeem my reward.
4. Tap Reward Level and choose your level.
When you have enough points for an item in your chosen Reward Level, add that item to your order and scan for rewards or place a mobile order. Your points will be redeemed automatically for the eligible item in your order.
