To use your points, open the Tims app and go to the ‘Scan’ page.
If you haven’t already, turn on ‘Redeem my points’ and choose a Reward Level.
Whenever you have enough points for a menu item in your chosen Reward Level and want to redeem a reward, simply add the item to your order and scan for rewards. You can also redeem a reward by placing a mobile order. Your points will be automatically redeemed for the Reward Level menu item in your order.
