Here’s how you can change your Reward Level:
Option A: In the Tims app
1. Open the ‘Scan’ page from the bottom of the app.
2. Make sure that ‘Redeem my points’ has been turned on. The toggle will be red and you’ll see your ‘Chosen Reward Level’
3. Select ‘Change Reward Level’.
4. Select the Reward Level of the item you wish to redeem and tap ‘Update Reward Level’.
You can also change your Reward Level from the ‘Redeem’ tab of the ‘Rewards’ page.
Option B: On the Tim Hortons website
1. Visit timhortons.ca and log in to your Tims Rewards account.
2. Select ‘Points’ in the top right menu bar.
3. Make sure that ‘Redeem my points’ has been turned on. The toggle will be red and you’ll see your ‘Chosen Reward Level’
4. Select ‘Change Reward Level’.
5. Select the Reward Level of the item you wish to redeem and tap ‘Update Reward Level’.
If you’re in a Tim Hortons restaurant and would like to change your Reward Level, please do it before you get to the counter to ensure that your preference updates in time.
Please note that you cannot change your Reward Level for a specific order after scanning for rewards. Team Members cannot redeem an item on your behalf.
