A Reward Level is a group of menu items that can be redeemed (individually) for a certain number of Tims Rewards Points.
If you want to use your points, you’ll need to choose a Reward Level in the Tims app.
Then, whenever you have enough points for a reward, add a menu item from your Reward Level to your order. When you scan for rewards—or order through the app—you’ll receive that menu item in exchange for points.
For example, the 400-point Reward Level includes Brewed Coffee and Tea.
If you have this Reward Level selected, a balance of at least 400 points, and have added a Brewed Coffee to your order, 400 points will be deducted from your account and your coffee is free when you scan for rewards or order through the app.
