When linking your Tims Rewards card, please double-check that you've entered the number correctly.
Because it’s a mix of numbers and letters, there are a few characters that resemble each other. The number “1” could be mistaken for the letter “i” and vice-versa. Similarly, the number “0” could be mistaken for the letter “o”.
If you’re still getting errors, please reach out to the Guest Care Team:
1. Select 'Rewards/Loyalty Program'.
2. Select 'Cannot link my Rewards card'.
3. Then, provide your Tims Rewards card number.
