What happens if the app doesn’t work when I visit a restaurant?

If the app isn’t working, there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue: 

1. Check that your device is connected to the internet. 

2. Try closing and re-opening the app. 

3. Check the app store to make sure that you have the latest version of the Tim Hortons app.


If you’re at the restaurant and you still can’t connect to the internet, don’t worry! We’ve added a QR code for unstable internet connections so that you can still earn points and redeem rewards.


If the problem continues, please contact our Guest Care Team:

1. Select ‘Account, App & Privacy’.

2. Select ‘App Does Not Load’ and provide as much information as possible.
