How can I update the email address associated with my Tim Hortons account? I don't have access to that email anymore.

To change the email address you use for your Tim Hortons account, you’ll need to  contact our Guest Care Team:

1. Select 'Account, App & Privacy’

2. Select ‘Change Account Information’ and then confirm two of the following:

    • Birthday
    • Phone number
    • Location of a Tim Hortons you recently visited
    • Items ordered in your most recent visit
    • Postal code associated with the registered credit card

Unfortunately, you cannot update your email address through the Tim Hortons app at this time.
