I'm trying to sign in to my account but I didn’t receive the verification email. What should I do?

If you're not receiving the email with your login code, try the following:

1. Check your spam or junk folder. It’s possible that the login email ended up in there. If there's still no sign of the email, please wait a few more minutes, then tap ‘Resend code’ in the Tim Hortons app and wait a few more minutes. 

2. Check to make sure that you're connected to the internet via wi-fi or cellular data. A good way to check if you're connected to the Internet is to load or refresh a webpage in your browser, such as our website. If the webpage doesn't load, you’re not connected to the internet and will not receive the email. 

3. If the email is still not in your main or spam folder, you will need to add our email address noreply@noreply.timhortons.ca/info@info.timhortons.ca to your ‘Safe senders’ list on your email service. Please see your email service provider’s FAQs for specific instructions.

After you follow the steps above, try again and see if you receive the sign-in code email. 

If you see the error "Something went wrong", please make sure to wait 48 hours without attempting to sign in then try again and follow the steps above. Please make sure to only request the code once and input the most recent code.
