I don’t have access to the email address that I used for the Tim Hortons app. What do I do?

If you’d like to change the email address on your account, please reach out to our Guest Care Team

1. Select ‘Account, App & Privacy’.

2. Then, select ‘Change account information’ and follow the instructions.

  • Please provide the email address currently associated with your account and the email address you would like it updated to. 

  • Please also confirm if you’re currently a Tims Financial customer or if you’re in the process of applying for a Tims Financial product.

  • Lastly, please be prepared to provide two of the following to confirm your identity: 
      • Your phone number as written in the app. 
      • Your birthday as written in the app.
      • The most-recent Tim Hortons you visited or ordered from.
      • Menu items you ordered most recently from Tims.
      • Postal code associated with the registered credit card
