Why did I receive an error message stating that my account was created in a different region?

If the country associated with your account is incorrect, you'll need to create a new Tim Hortons account using a different email address and select the appropriate country on sign-up. 

If you’re in Canada, you can do this at www.timhortons.ca/signup.

Please reach out to our Guest Care Team to transfer your Tims Rewards Points balance over to your new account. 

Note: The Guest Care Team is unable to transfer Tims Gift Cards and Tims Rewards cards from a Canadian account to a US account, or vice versa.
