I'm having trouble signing in to the Tim Hortons app. Who should I contact to resolve this?

To sign in to your account:

1. Open the Tim Hortons app.

2. Select ‘Sign in’.

3. Enter the email address you used to create your account.

4. You’ll receive an email with a login code. Enter that code in the app and you’ll be signed in.

If you didn’t receive an email in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder. 

If you are experiencing issues signing in, please contact our Guest Care Team:

  1. Click on 'Account, App & Privacy'.
  2. Select 'Sign-in Code Doesn’t Work'.
