I'd like to make changes to my account settings in the Tim Hortons app. How can I do this?

It depends on what sort of changes you would like to make.

You can see your account settings by tapping the ‘Account’ icon in the top-right corner of the screen. 

Here you can manage settings including: 

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Communication preferences
  • Language & Region
  • Payment methods
  • And more 

If you’d like to change the email address on your account, please reach out to our Guest Care Team

  1. Select ‘Account, App & Privacy’.
  2. Then, select ‘Change account information’ and follow the instructions.
