If you revealed your prize in the Tim Hortons app:
- Go to the Offers section in the app or website.
- Select ‘Activate’ on your Coffee Prize or Donut Prize.
- Add the eligible item to your order and scan for Tims Rewards (or order through the app) to redeem the prize.
For Tims Rewards Points prizes:
Points are automatically added to your account and can be used per Tims Rewards terms.
For Tims Gift Card prizes:
- In most cases, the Tims Gift Card is added to your account within a few hours of your winning roll.
- If you don’t have a Tims Gift Card in the app—or you’re close to the $100 balance limit—the gift card is emailed to you instead.
For other prizes:
- You’ll receive instructions on-screen and via email.

If you revealed a prize on a contest cup:
Present the winning rim to a Team Member before paying. You’ll be asked to correctly answer a skill-testing question, as required by contest rules. Once completed, your prize will be awarded during the transaction.
