The timeline for receiving a prize depends on the type of prize you’ve won:
- Coffee Prizes and Donut prizes will appear in the ‘Offers’ section of your Tims Rewards account shortly after you reveal them. Press ‘Activate’ on each of the offers to redeem them the next time you order eligible items.
- Tims Rewards Points and Tims Gift Card prizes will also be automatically credited to your account shortly after you reveal them. In rare cases, you may receive your digital Tims Gift Card via the email registered with your Tims Rewards account.
- Many digital prize codes—like prizes from Journie, Uber Eats and more—are available immediately on-screen after they’re revealed. They will also be emailed to you shortly afterward and are visible in the ‘Roll Up Rundown’ section of the Roll Up To Win™ game on the Tim Hortons app and at RollUpToWin.ca.
- Other prizes—like the Volkswagen All-Electric ID. Buzz, SellOff All Inclusive Vacations, and others— require you to provide additional information and if applicable, more time to deliver. Please refer to the on-screen instructions displayed after the prize is revealed or in the email you received shortly thereafter.
