To use your Coffee or Donut prize, make sure to:
- Activate the offer in the ‘Offers’ section of your account in the Tim Hortons app or at TimHortons.ca.
- Place an order that includes an eligible menu item.
- Scan your Tims Rewards QR code or card before paying, or order ahead through the Tims app.
If your prize came from a contest cup, answer a skill-testing question and hand the winning rim to a Team Member when placing your order.
