Why do I not have access to the points I’m earning? I was expecting to get a reward on a recent order but didn’t.

First, please double-check that you’ve chosen a Reward Level in the Tims app. If you haven’t chosen a Reward Level, you won’t be able to redeem points for a reward—you’ll be banking them instead. 

You can choose a Reward Level from the ‘Scan’ page in the Tims app.

If you’re using a physical Tims Rewards card, you’ll need to make sure that it’s linked to your Tim Hortons account. 

Guests with an unlinked physical Tims Rewards card can only earn 'qualified points'. Qualified points can only be used once a physical card is registered and linked to an account via the Tim Hortons mobile app or Website.
