You can choose a Reward Level from Scan or from Home → Rewards.
On Scan, turn on Redeem my points and tap Reward Level.
On Rewards, turn on Redeem my reward and tap Reward Level.
Guests with an unlinked physical Tims Rewards card can only earn 'qualified points'. Qualified points can only be used once a physical card is registered and linked to an account via the Tim Hortons mobile app or Website.
