Why is my digital Tims Rewards card number different from the physical card I'm using?

Once you link your physical Tims Rewards card to your account, the digital card number on your account on the app or website should match. 

If the numbers do not match, the card has not been linked successfully to your Tim Hortons account.

Please follow these instructions for linking a Tims Rewards card.
