Sorry, once an order is submitted and paid for, points cannot be refunded.
If you’ve chosen a Reward Level and no longer want to redeem rewards based on that level, you can switch your selection at any time before placing your order.
Once your order is paid for, your points will be redeemed based on the Reward Level you chose—so long as you have enough points and an eligible menu item has been added to your order. You can change your Reward Level for any future orders.
