If your physical Tims Rewards card isn’t working, you can start using a digital Tims Rewards card in the app to earn and redeem points instead.
Go to the ‘Scan’ page on the app to find your digital Tims Rewards card (Tims Rewards QR code).
Scanning this QR code replaces your physical card moving forward.
Don’t worry, your points from your physical card won’t be lost. You’ll just need to link your physical card if you haven’t already.
Please note: We are no longer distributing new physical Tims Rewards cards.
