All orders placed on TimShop come with tracking information. When you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email from us. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll also receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking link(s) and any other relevant information.
If you recently placed an order and haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact our Guest Care Team and follow these steps:
1. Select ‘TimShop’.
2. Next, click on ‘TimShop - Order tracking’ and describe your issue.
