Can I change my shipping address after placing a TimShop order? What if I made a mistake in my order?

If you accidentally put the wrong shipping address or made a mistake in your order, please contact our Guest Care Team and follow the steps below to request a change as soon as possible. 

1. Select ‘TimShop’.

2. Next, select ‘TimShop - Request a return’ and describe the issue.

Please note: We can only make changes to an order before it’s been shipped. If you’ve entered the wrong address and the order has already been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
