What should I do if I’m having issues placing a mobile order in the Tim Hortons app?

If you’re having difficulties ordering through the app, please make sure that you’re using the latest version of the Tim Hortons app. You can check this by visiting the app store on your device. You may be using an outdated version of our app that is no longer supported.   

If issues persist, please contact our Guest Care Team:

1. Select 'Mobile, Delivery & Tims Catering Orders'. 

2. Select 'I cannot place an order' and describe the issue.

 
Provide the following information: 

  • The email address used for your Tim Hortons account.
  • The Tim Hortons location where you tried to place your order.
  • The date and time of your attempted order.
  • The service mode you selected: Drive-Thru or Pickup

Please note: You will not be charged for any orders that fail.
