Follow the steps below to reload your Tims Gift Card:
1. Open the Tim Hortons app.
2. Select the ‘Scan’ tab at the bottom of the page.
3. Select the “Tims Gift Card” tab at the top right.
4. Select the amount of money you would like to add and the payment method you would like to use.
If you haven’t added a payment method yet, select ‘Add new payment method’.
5. Select the red ‘Reload’ button and complete the payment.
If you’ve set your Tims Gift Card as your default payment method for mobile orders, you’ll also be prompted to reload your card if the balance is too low to pay for your order.
