What should I do if I don’t see my Tims Gift Card balance in the app?

To see your Tims Gift Card balance in the app, please ensure you’re signed into the app with the correct account credentials.  


If you believe there’s still an error, please contact our Guest Care Team: 

1. Select ‘Tims Gift Card’.

2. Then, select ‘Lost my balance’ and describe the issue.
