To request a refund on a Tim Hortons mobile order:
- Take your mobile device to the Tim Hortons location where the order was placed and ask to speak with the restaurant manager.
- Show the manager your mobile order by presenting them the receipt you were emailed when you placed your order. (If you are having difficulty finding your email receipt, you can view your order by selecting the 'Account' and selecting 'Recent orders'.)
- Once the manager verifies your order, they’ll be able to issue a refund via the Scan & Pay feature in the Tim Hortons app.
