Sorry, when you reload your Tims Gift Card, it cannot be refunded. These funds, however, do not expire and can be used whenever you like—both for mobile orders or in person at the restaurant.
To use the funds in person, simply scan your Tims Gift Card barcode from the app at the front counter.
