1. Select ‘Store & Menu’.
2. Then, select ‘Menu Item Pricing Issue’.
3. Then, provide the following information:
- The address of the Tim Hortons location where you saw the price discrepancy.
- The item(s) you purchased, the price in the app, and the price displayed in the restaurant.
Please note: Prices for orders placed in Canada are shown in Canadian dollars. Prices for orders placed in the United States are shown in U.S. dollars.
