1. Take your mobile device to the Tim Hortons location where the order was placed and ask to speak with the restaurant manager.
2. Show the manager your mobile order by presenting them the receipt you were emailed when you placed your order.
If you can’t find the email receipt, view your past orders in the app.
3. After verifying your email receipt, a Tim Hortons team member will prepare your order.
