Can I cancel my mobile or delivery order?

Sorry, it’s not currently possible to cancel a mobile or delivery order once it’s been placed.

If you’re unable to pick up or receive your order, we ask that you contact the Tim Hortons location right away, as they are the only team who may be able to compensate you. 

Please note: Our restaurants are individually owned. Issuing a refund for an in-store or drive-thru transaction is up to the discretion of the restaurant manager or owner.
