My mobile order was cancelled by the restaurant. How do I get my money back?

If your mobile order was cancelled by the restaurant, the charge will be automatically refunded to the payment method you used. For a credit card, the transaction may never appear in your transaction history at all. 

Please note: Refunds can take between 7-10 business days to be reflected in your bank account—depending on your financial institution. If you used a Tims Gift Card to pay for your order, the amount will be refunded to your balance right away.
