I had an issue with my delivery order from Uber Eats, DoorDash, Skip the Dishes, etc. How can I get a refund?

We would love to help you with this issue. Unfortunately, we cannot access your order because it wasn’t placed through the Tim Hortons app. To get this issue resolved, please contact the delivery service you used to place the order.
