How do I get a refund for a damaged mobile order?

Please contact our Guest Care Team

1. Select 'Mobile, Delivery & Tims Catering Orders'

2. Then, select 'Damaged Delivery Order'.

3. Then, provide the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Tim Hortons account.
  • A photo of the order that you received.
  • The date of your order and any additional relevant information.
