To get a refund for a mobile order you submitted to the wrong restaurant, you'll need to request it directly from the restaurant where your order was placed. Please note that our restaurants are individually owned, and that issuing a refund for an in-store or drive-thru transaction is up to the restaurant manager or owner's discretion.
Our Guest Care Team can only issue refunds for delivery orders placed through the Tim Hortons app, not pickup orders.
When placing a mobile order, it’s always best to double-check your restaurant location that your Tim Hortons order is being sent to. This can be confirmed twice— once before viewing the menu and again at checkout before you complete the order.
