I tried to place an order through the Tim Hortons app, but was unable to complete the transaction. How can I complete my order?

We’re sorry you’re experiencing technical difficulties when placing an order. 

Please try the following:

  • Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Tim Hortons app.
  • Close and restart the Tim Hortons app.

If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our Guest Care Team

1. Select ‘Mobile, Delivery & Tims Catering Orders’.

2. Next, click on ‘I Cannot Place an Order’.

Then provide the following information: 

  • The email you use for your Tim Hortons account.
  • The Tim Hortons location where you attempted to order.
  • The date and time of your attempted order.
