2. Then, select ‘Offer Wasn’t Applied to Order’.

Next, provide the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Tim Hortons account.
  • A screenshot of the offer that was not applied correctly and a screenshot of the ‘Offer details’.
  • The date of your order and any additional information.
