To view your Canadian Tire Money® balance or transaction history, please check your Triangle Rewards® account.
If you still don't see your Canadian Tire Money® from your Tims purchase, run through this quick checklist:
- Did you get an email confirmation that linking was completed? If not, try linking again.
- Did you scan for Tims Rewards or order through the Tims app during the purchase? Can you see that you earned Tims Rewards on your purchase in the history tab?
- Have you waited up to 5-7 days after your purchase, if you used a Triangle® Credit Card?
