To use an offer:
1. Open the Tim Hortons app.
2. Select the ‘Offers’ tile.
3. ‘Activate’ the offer you’re interested in. The ‘Activate’ button will turn from red to grey when the offer is successfully activated.
4. Place your order at the front counter or drive-thru, making sure to add the eligible items from the offer to your order.
5. Scan for Tims Rewards using the Tims app or a physical Tims Reward card. The offer (and any eligible savings) will be automatically applied to your order.
