There are a couple of reasons your offer may not have applied:
- Your Tims Rewards Points may have been redeemed for a free item instead of the offer if it gave you a bigger discount. This can happen if you order an item that’s part of an offer AND your chosen Reward Level. You can check if your Tims Rewards Points were used on this order by viewing your transaction history.
- You need to wait at least 30 minutes between redeeming offers. For example, if an offer was used at 2 pm, another offer could not be redeemed until after 2:30 pm.
- Please double-check that the menu items in your order are eligible under the ‘Offer details’.
