If you’re ordering at the front counter (or drive-thru), your activated offer will be applied when you scan for rewards. The offer will be reflected on both the screen at checkout and the receipt.
If you’re ordering through the app, the word ‘Reward’ will appear next to the eligible item in your cart. You’ll also see your total discount next to the label ‘Total Savings.’
If your offer has NOT been applied, please double-check that you’ve activated the offer and that the items you ordered are eligible for that offer.
