To receive a birthday offer, you need to:
1. Add your date of birth to your Tim Hortons account at least 7 days prior to your birthday.
2. Have scanned for Tims Rewards at least once within the last 12 months.
If you’ve done the above, your birthday offer should appear in your account two days before your birthday at 8am.
Please note: Your birthday offer must be used by 8am the day after your birthday, at which point it will expire.
