You can use an offer and redeem your points for a reward in the same order, but not for the same menu item.
The menu item you want to redeem with points can’t overlap with the menu items that make up the offer. For example, if you have an offer for a discount “Brewed Coffee and a Muffin” and your chosen Reward Level is a “Brewed Coffee or Tea”, you would need to order a Brewed Coffee, a muffin, and another Brewed Coffee (or Tea) to redeem both the reward and the offer.
Please note that only one offer and one reward can be redeemed per order.
