If you filled out the survey through a physical receipt, you'll get an offer code upon completion. To redeem it, give this code to the Team Member at the front counter of the restaurant when you order an eligible menu item.
If you completed a digital survey, an offer labelled ‘Offer for Guest Survey’ will automatically be added to your Tims app. Activate the offer, then place an order that includes the eligible menu item. If you order through the app, the offer will be automatically applied. If you’re ordering at the front counter, be sure to scan for rewards to apply the offer.
