You need to scratch the coating off the panel on the back of your card to reveal the gift card PIN. This PIN is an added security measure—you’ll use it to register your card online, check your balance, and transfer your balance.
If your gift card doesn’t have a PIN or the panel has already been scratched (by someone other than you), please contact our Guest Care Team:

2. Then click on "Other Tims Gift Card Issues" and describe the problem.
