If you registered your Tims Gift Card and it has been lost or stolen, please call 1-866-TIMCARD (1-866-846-2273) immediately.
You’ll need to provide your Tims Gift Card number and answer questions concerning recent activity on your account. Upon verification, we can freeze and transfer your remaining balance.
Please note: If a gift card is unregistered, the remaining balance cannot be replaced—even if we are notified of its loss or theft.
