Here are a few ways to protect yourself from fraud:
- Purchase your Tims Gift Cards at a participating Tim Hortons restaurant or from TimHortons.ca.
- Make sure the coating on the PIN panel of your physical Tims Gift Card has not been tampered with before purchasing.
If your gift card does not have a PIN—or the panel has already been scratched off—please contact our Guest Care Team:
1. Select ‘Tims Gift Card’.
2. Then, select ‘Other Tims Gift Card issue’ and describe the issue.
