To turn off automatic reload:
1. Sign in to the Tims Gift Card (Tim Card) website.
2. Under 'Tim Hortons Tims Gift Cards' select the 'My Tims Gift Cards' icon to review your registered Tims Card Gift Card.
3. Select the 'Auto Reload' icon below the Tims Card Gift Card and then select 'Suspend' to disable the auto-reload feature.
Please disable the feature at least 24 hours before the next scheduled reload. Once the reload has been processed, it can’t be cancelled or refunded.
Note: Automatic reload cannot be controlled through the Tim Hortons app.
