If you can’t add a Tims Gift Card to your account (or transfer the balance), please check that:
- The Tims Gift Card is in the same currency as the Tims Gift Card currently on the mobile app (USD or CAD).
- You’ve correctly entered the 16-digit Tims Gift Card number—and, if your card has a PIN on the back—the 8-digit PIN.
- The balance of your gift card in the app won’t be over $100 when you add the new card. The balance limit is $100.
If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our Guest Care Team:
1. Select ‘Tims Gift Card’.
2. Next, select ‘Cannot add Tims Gift Card to my account’ and provide the 16-digit number, along with the email address you use for your Tim Hortons account.
