How can I request a donation or sponsorship for an event?

We’re happy to support our communities whenever possible! If you’re planning an event and would like to request a donation or sponsorship, please follow these guidelines: 

Reach out early: We require 8–10 weeks' notice prior to your event to ensure our team has sufficient time to review your request. 

Submit a formal request: Please email us a formal PDF document that includes the following details:

  • Name of your event
  • Approximate number of attendees
  • Date of the event
  • Specific requests for the event

Important note: Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we are unable to respond to every submission. You will only receive a response if there is a possibility of sponsorship.
