Can I deactivate an offer once I’ve activated it?

Unfortunately, an offer cannot be deactivated once it has been activated on the Tims app or website.   
To make sure your preferred offer is used, we suggest only activating one offer at a time.

When you want to use an offer, you can also change your Reward Level to a different item than the offer or set it to ‘Bank my points’. That way you can avoid accidentally redeeming a menu item as a reward instead.
