There are a few possible reasons why your birthday offer may not have been applied:
1. Please confirm that the offer has been activated in the Tims app.
2. Make sure to scan for rewards or order through the app so the offer can be applied.
3. Please double-check that the menu item you tried to redeem appears in the ‘Offer terms’.
4. Rewards will always be redeemed before offers are applied. If you’re ordering a menu item that’s included in your chosen Reward Level, you’re likely using your points instead. To use your birthday offer, please change your Reward Level or set your Reward Level to ‘Bank my points’.
